The little red car in the picture above is a little two-stroke that basically has a moped engine. They have a legally limited speed and probably couldn't go faster even if it wasn't the law. You don't see them very often in Germany, but somewhat often in Italy. You don't need a driver's license to drive them, and you often see older people driving them. I don't know much else about them.

Note that god's halo is triangular. I believe that that is a masonic reference.
